1. Agreement to Terms
By browsing this portal or purchasing Ayurvedic mental wellness courses and products, you declare full compliance with these terms and conditions.
2. Consultation Bookings
Scheduling consultations secures slots with our certified Ayurvedic psychiatry and psychology specialists. Rescheduling or cancellation should be requested at least 24 hours prior to the slot time. See our Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details and timelines.
3. Online Purchases & Payments
We process payments securely via Cash on Delivery (COD) and, where enabled, online payment methods including Cards, UPI, Netbanking, and Wallets through our payment partner Razorpay. All checkout details, including phone country codes, must be entered accurately during checkout. Razorpay is PCI-DSS compliant and we do not store your card or bank details on our servers.
4. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

5. Shipping & Delivery
