Shipping Policy

Last updated: June 29, 2026. This policy explains how we ship your wellness products, expected delivery timelines, and what to do if there's a delay.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed and handed over to our courier partner within 1–2 business days of successful payment confirmation (or order placement, for Cash on Delivery orders). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

2. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days.
  • Other cities and towns: 4–7 business days.
  • Remote or non-serviceable pincodes: 7–10 business days, where deliverable.

These are estimates and not guaranteed timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather, regional restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

We currently offer free shipping across India on all product orders. Any change to this will be clearly shown at checkout before you place your order.

4. Serviceable Areas

We ship to most pincodes across India through our courier partners. If your pincode is not serviceable, this will be indicated at checkout before payment. We do not currently ship internationally.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking details. You can also check your order status by signing in to your account and visiting your order history.

6. Delays & Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us with your order number and we will follow up with our courier partner on your behalf. If a shipment is confirmed lost or undelivered after investigation, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund, in line with our Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
