Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated: June 29, 2026. This policy explains the timelines and conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds across our products and consultation bookings.
1. Consultation Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a booked consultation slot free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time by emailing support@genesispositivehealth.com or through your account dashboard.
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the slot: full refund initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the slot, or missed appointments: non-refundable, but may be rescheduled once at our discretion.
- If Genesis Positive Health cancels or is unable to conduct a scheduled consultation, you will receive a full refund or a free reschedule, your choice.
2. Product Returns
Given the consumable and personal-wellness nature of our Ayurvedic products, we are unable to accept returns once a product has been opened or used. Returns are accepted only in the following cases, within 48 hours of delivery:
- You received a damaged, defective, or expired product.
- You received the wrong item or an incomplete order.
To raise a return request, email support@genesispositivehealth.com with your order number and photos or a short unboxing video of the product. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or a refund, your choice.
3. Refund Timelines
Approved refunds are processed as follows:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: refunded via bank transfer or UPI to the details you provide, within 7–10 business days of approval.
- Online payments (Cards, UPI, Netbanking, Wallets via Razorpay): refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Your bank or card network may take a few additional days to reflect the credit in your statement.
You will receive an email confirmation once a refund is initiated, along with an estimated credit date.
4. Failed or Duplicate Transactions
If an amount is debited from your account but your order or booking was not confirmed, the amount is automatically reversed by your bank or Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days. If you do not see the reversal within this window, please contact us with your transaction reference ID and we will help you follow up with our payment partner.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Digital course access, downloadable curriculum content, and assessment reports are non-refundable once accessed or delivered, except where required by law.
